5. Online Delivery Orders

• Ordering Process: When online delivery becomes available, you will be able to place orders through our website. Delivery orders may be subject to additional verification, including age and identity confirmation upon delivery.
• Fulfillment Time: Online delivery orders may take up to 7 days to fulfill. We will notify you of any expected delays.
• Delivery Limitations: Delivery services will only be offered within areas where legally permitted under applicable state and local laws. Smokers Paradise reserves the right to restrict delivery to certain geographic locations.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for delivered products will pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or delivery service.
